What we collect
When you purchase a subscription, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your name, email, billing details, and country for tax purposes. We receive your name, email, order ID, and license key.
When ECTOFORM is activated, the desktop app sends your license key and a machine fingerprint (a non-reversible hash of hardware identifiers) to our backend so we can validate the license.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the Software, validate licenses, send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, renewal notices), and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data.
Where data is stored
License records are stored on Lovable Cloud (EU/US regions). Payment data is held by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their privacy policy.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed to operate. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing contact@ectoform.studio. Deletion of your account will end any active subscription.
