Subscription renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time before the next billing date to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Email contact@ectoform.studio from the address used at purchase, including your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
Education licenses
One-time Education licenses are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been used to activate more than one device.
