1. Agreement
By installing or using ECTOFORM (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. License
Subject to payment of applicable fees, Ectoform Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ECTOFORM on the number of devices permitted by your subscription plan.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your purchase email.
4. License keys & activation
Each subscription includes a license key tied to your account. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Sharing keys may result in deactivation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the Software, or use it to violate any law.
6. Disclaimer
ECTOFORM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ectoform Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
